Our guests will rest well in this four bedroom villa, all with their respective shower/bathroom, T.V, A/C and telephone. The villa offers a 42' plasma TV, digital cable TV, DVD player, high speed Internet connection, telephone system, fax, safe, library and a fully equipped kitchen (A/C, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, etc). Extensive balconies enable one to enjoy the morning sunrise. The outdoor area is private with a BBQ area, dining and sitting spaces for great entertaining and a 45 sq m Heated Pool including a relaxing sun patio which affords you to enjoy the best of both worlds - basking in the sun or resting in the shade. Mellieha is a rural village and tourist resort in the Northwestern part of Malta and derives its name from the Semitic root 'm-l-h' which in Arabic means salt. The town centre boasts of its splendid hotels, fine restaurants and traditional cute shops. It has a majestic baroque church (built in late 19th century) and various cultural organizations including band clubs. Mellieha's main festive season occurs in the first two weeks of September and reaches its climax on the 8th September. During these days various cultural manifestations are held, such as musical concerts, fireworks, folk singing, art exhibitions and the traditional religious procession. The town's people, ''Il-Mellehin'', are renowned for their laborious nature, their ironic sense of humour, and their friendliness and hospitality. Those who visit us, no matter where they hail from, do not merely enjoy themselves but feel at home!

'Splendido' in every respect. A fantastic time was had by all in this superb and immaculate villa. The Channons . We have had the best of times-thank you so much. The villa is a dream to behold and to stay in - everything is the height of luxury! We cannot wait to come back! Cathy, Steve, Bev& John. You have managed to provide a space that offers luxury as well as being extremely practical with wipe clean surfaces(which is a must with 3 boys). You say that making a booking at Villa Aurora is an experience, not just a holiday rental which is absolutely true,many thanks to you Fiona for this, all those e-mails before making sure all our needs are met. We were a party of 6 that stayed in Villa Aurora for 1 week in Sept. We have rented villas in France, Italy and Spain over the last few years and we can honestly say Villa Aurora was the best of the lot.

The sheer size of the place along with the attention to detail alone is enough to keep you busy. Up for breakfest, have a game of table tennis, then a game of pool and then go for a dip in the swimming pool which was always at the right temp.........hmmm i miss that games room!

There is also a great town within 10mins walk from the villa, great for going out for a meal (The Windmill) and then a sing song in the local bar. The villa is only a 20min drive from the ferry port to Gozo which is also worth a look.

If your looking for a place to rent in Malta you will not get better than this. Cust service from the owners was excellent. Luxury car to pick you up, food and wine waiting for you when you arrive. A fantastic place to go on holidays, i'd recommend this place to anybody who likes a bit of quality.

We had an amazing week in Villa Aurora and are already planning our return next year. Even before we arrived at the property, Fiona did everything to make our holiday as easy and relaxed as possible. The executive transfers were a blessing and we were picked up from our hotel and brought to the villa. Now the villa - wow - it looks great in the pictures but to appreciate the thought and detail that's involved, it needs to be seen to be believed. Although we didn't want to leave Villa Aurora for long periods during our stay, we did as it's perfectly situated for the ferry to Gozo, it's close to numerous restaurants and bars - yet it's still very private and peaceful. We would definitely recommend taking up some of the activities offered - we spent a day on a yacht in the Blue Lagoon which was amazing and all expertly organised by Fiona. There were 3 couples in their thirties in our group, however it's also perfect for families. The games room was a treat as was the swimming pool which lit up beautifully at night, tempting us in for a late swim. All in all the perfect holiday.
