SIB EGR is a simple island style villa directly on St. Jean beach, St Barts. The bedrooms are situated on either side of living room, each opens onto its own private terrace. Each bedroom has two twin beds with mosquito netting and air conditioning. The centrally located living room has comfortable furnishings. The kitchenette is part of this room, the appliances line the back wall and a mobile bar separates it from the living room. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to covered the terrace where there is additional space for dining and socializing. Excellent view of St. Jean beach from terrace and just seconds through the backyard to the beach.

SPECIAL NOTE: this villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.
