This pleasant new ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with small garden is situated in the magnificent secure gated Le Lido complex in Cagnes sur Mer. It shares a swimming pool and has underpass access to the beach 50m away. The surrounding gardens are very peaceful and well maintained. The main bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has bunk beds which can sleep 3 people. The bathroom is spacious with a shower. The WC is separate. The large living area has a fully equipped integrated kitchen. The living area has 2 sofas, one of which opens into a comfortable double bed. Air conditioning is available for those very warm days. The main bedroom has a wooden floor and the remainder of the apartment has marble flooring. Access to the terrace is from the living room via large sliding glass doors. The two bedrooms also open out onto the terrace. The spacious terrace contains table and chairs and overlooks the swimming pool

The nearest beach is 50 m away and accessed through an underpass. This is a pebbly beach and very pleasant. The small pleasant fishing harbour of Cros de Cagnes is situated here with some pleasant restaurants and a sailing school. Just 10 minutes away is the town of St Laurent Du Var with it's bustling marina and many restaurants. The long boulevard beside the sea allows for pleasant walking, roller blading and cycling during the day or in the evening. The Casino Jeux is situated 5 minutes from the apartment complex. The thriving nearby village provides shops, markets, post office, banks, restaurants etc. Within a 2-3 minute walk of the complex is a fabulous Boulangerie. Nearby also is the historical Haute-de-Cagnes. The nearby Hippodrome DE la Cote d'Azur is worth a visit. Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monte Carlo are all easily accessible by train or bus.
