This stunningly beautiful apartment has just been renovated to an extremely high standard. It is central to all local amenities. Has air-conditioning and heating. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bathrooms(2 en-suite) Situated in one of the main squares of the old town very close to shops, restaurants and local market. It is walking distance of the marina and beach.

Kotor is the main town in the boka bay region and has wonderfully cheap cafes and restaurants. It has a local market everyday (except Sunday) which has lovely fresh local produce. It has all the tourist facilities and banks/cashpoints. Boat trips are available from the beautiful marina outside the town. The path to the old fort with fantastic bay views are just metres away. The 'old town' has so much historical importance with its churches and squares. The fjord is officially one of the most beautiful bays in the world'.

Travel: Dubrovnik airport is 80km away and is served by BA, Croatian airlines and Thomson fly and is 1 hour and 20 mins away with a direct road to Kotor. Tivat is 20mins away and is served by Jat and Montenegro airlines. there are lots of car hire available at Dubrovnik which is most peoples choice.

Coast/Beach: Kotor is dotted with numerous small beaches approx 10 min walk, where you can swim and sunbathe. The larger beaches are found within 15-20 minutes drive. Jaz beach-27km. Sveti Stefan-35km.budva-30km which also has a walled city. Perast(churches on the island)-15 km.

Ski: Skiing is available inland about 2.5 hours away.

Superb apartment in beautiful Kotor

The apartment more than met our expectation. Stylish and decorated with love and care. We had a relaxing and refreshing break in this most beautiful part of the world. A photographer's paradise. I enjoyed clicking away and have got some amazing shots of the Bay of Kotor. Perast and surrounding towns and villages were very pretty too and we ventured upto Skada Lake.
The owners were very helful and so was their representative in Kotor.He told us about all the lovely restaurants to eat in and places to visit. There are plenty of great seafood restaurants with fresh food and fresh salads and vegetables.

Can highly recommend this place!

Stayed in this beautiful appartment in the lead up to our wedding. Well presented stone appartment with all the comforts of home. Great location, in a quiet back street only a stone's throw from the main squares.

I stayed at the property with friends and we were all blown away with the fantastic decor and finer detail in the entire apartment. It has a very personal feel & no short cuts have been made to make it very welcoming and luxurious. I would & have recommend(ed) this property to other friends, you wont be disapointed.

I recently stayed in this beautiful and stylish apartment in the old and rustic town of Kotor. My friends and I were very impressed, we all agreed it definitely has the wow factor and with all practicalities too, it's spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The location is excellent, with just a few minutes walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and the local market with fresh produce. A boat trip is a must,the scenary is just breath taking, and the beach is just a 10 min walk. You will not be disappointed, I would highly recommend this fantastic apartment, I will definitely be returning !
