This elegant Parisian apartment is conveniently located off Ave. Trudaine and square d'Anvers in the 9th Arr. close to the centre of Paris and Gare du Nord. It is a corner apartment on the 4th floor with an elevator in a classic Haussmannien building. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 to 6. With its corner location, the apartment gets sunshine from the East and West and is naturally very bright. This 75-sq mt apartment (807 sq ft) has recently refinished parquet floors, molded ceilings and full windows in each room. It has a grande entrée, two reception rooms, large master bedroom, second bedroom/study, fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, washer/drier, and separate bathroom. The dining room features an antique wooden table with 6 newly re-upholstered chairs. The living room has new custom-built furniture, including a sofa bed for 2 and a flat screen TV w/ Home Theatre Surround Sound system (50 DVD's). The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware.

Just a five-minute walk to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre, and fifteen-minute walk to the shopping areas of the Grandes Boulevardes (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette). The Louvre, Eiffel Tower and other Paris attractions are a short metro ride away. There is easy access to Gare du Nord and the Eurostar train to London, Brussels, and beyond.

Along with the 2 bedrooms that sleep a total of 4 guests, the sofa sleeper takes the occupancy up to 6 guests. High quality linens are included for all guests. A fold-out crib is available upon request for children up to 2 years in age.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. All the comforts of home such as wireless internet and HD TV with all the charm of Paris. Fresh bread, cheeses, wines and fruits available up and down the block. And an Italian restaurant on the first floor of our building.

Montmarte was just 3 blocks away and the #2 Metro train stop was 2 blocks away.

Experience Paris like a local. Viva la France!!
