This is a delightful spacious 2 bedroom top-floor apartment with sea view and shared pool. The quiet beach is only 250m away. There is a large lounge/dining room and kitchen with full kitchen facilities including dishwasher and washer/dryer. There are 2 balconies and a sun terrace. There is also a cot and highchair available at no extra cost unlike some others who charge separately for these items. The apartment is situated within Portugal’s No.1 Golf links resort, Praia D’el Rey Golf and Beach Resort (recently voted European Golf Resort of the year 2007) on the beautiful Silver Coast (Costa Prata). We are conveniently located within the resort and only a short walk to the Clubhouse and 1st tee (5min), 250m to beach (5min), children’s play area (1min) and tennis courts (5min). Plenty of activities for non-golfers. Spa treatments available from the 5* Marriott Hotel on site. Only 10min drive away from the famous medieval walled city of Obidos.

Located within the 5-star Praia D'El Rey golf and beach resort on the fabulous silver coast (Costa Prata) region. This is a beautiful and unspoilt part of Portugal only 10 minutes drive away from the famous medieval walled city of Obidos. We are conveniently located within the resort for the golf clubhouse and 1st tee (5 mins walk) children's play area (1min walk) and the beach is only a 250m walk away (5mins walk). The beautiful Obidos Lagoon (as pictured) is only 5 minutes drive away. There is a delightful local beach side restaurant and Lagoon side restaurant both only 7 minutes drive away. The Fishing village of Peniche with its vast range of fabulous Fish and Seafood Restaurants are only 15 min drive away. Several other beaches-Baleal (10min) and Peniche (15min) are in close vicinity. Convenience shop on site and Supermarket 8 min drive away and a Hypermarket 20 minutes drive away. Good motorway connection to Lisbon-only 55 minutes drive to the Capital of Portugal.

We are conveniently located within the resort and are less than 5 minutes walk from our apartment to the First Tee and Clubhouse.

Plenty of activities for the non-golfer: Tennis-courts only 5 mins walk away. 5* Marriott Hotel on-site with shops, restaurants, bar, health club with gym, spa treatments, indoor and outdoor pools and business centre. Water sports. Surfing. Fishing. Horse riding. The location is great for: Walking holidays, Beach / lakeside relaxation, Cycling holidays, Winter sun holiday, Wineries nearby (15min drive).

Perfect apartment for holidays

We spent two wonderful weeks in this perfect apartment in September `09. Inside the apartment everything what is needed during holidays is available. Due to the excellent beds and the the very calm neighbourhood we slept perfect during the nights and if needed in the afternoon. Beautiful beach is within walking distance. Weather was wonderful, not too hot and not to cold, and we had only one rainy day.
The whole area Praia del Rey is beautiful even if your are not a golf player (as we are). A lot of good hints for shopping, restaurants ... is available in the apartment.

Brought my mum of 79 and my daughter 17 here and they loved it.
This is a super appartment well presented and well maintained, everything spotless! All the decoration and rooms generally in perfect condition with all you could need supplied.
The pool very near was lovely and the area very clean and tidy. Local eateries were very good value for money and the local beach bar food fanatastic.
Portugese people very friendly and helpfull making you feel welcome.
Golf excellent and facilities superb.
Would highly recomend this to my friends and family.

A wonderfully appointed apartment in a fantastic setting. Clean, unspoilt beaches are close by as are wonderful excursions to the walled town of Obidos and Lisbon centre (only 1 hour away). The apartment is also close to some fantastic fish restaurants. We had a wonderful week and our children had a great time. Highly recommended!

A good apartment in an attractive and well appointed country club environment. Attractive coastline. Medieval walled town of Obidos well worth visiting. Golf excellent.
Description of the apartment was accurate and directions easy to follow.Property well maintained and spotlessly clean. The owners were extremely helpful and provided all the information required.
The Silver coast is a part of Portugal that should be experienced. Much less frantic than The Algarve.
Would certainly recommend it.
