Fabulous deluxe Beachfront owner's villa. Our personal 1 BR BEACHFRONT villa that we are now offering to 2-3 guests only, it is an open & spacious private & luxurious 1 BR beachfront villa, fully screened, has a king-size bed in a & large lovely beach front A/C bedroom with a louvered ocean view. It has an exotic & lushly planted tiled outdoor walled shower garden, a designer bathroom with a bidet & second indoor shower & a large his & hers walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen including a large dining & sitting room it is fully equipped with coffeemaker, blender, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove & sink. You can order a delicious home cooked Jamaican meal, as we include cook service for one meal per day, (guests provide all groceries needed for meals). Cable TV is available for an extra charge. There is a separate living room. The main part of the Villa opens out to a delightful very large open Veranda a hammock & a swing chair, a table & chairs. The ocean view is breathtaking.

Notes to the rental rates

• Please add 8.5% JA hotel tax and 10% gratuity for the staff tip pool to all rentals.
  Roll-a-way beds are available in any unit to accommodate extras.
  All units have in-room security boxes.
  
  DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
  A 50% Deposit is required to hold reservations at Nirvana.
  This is because we have such a limited number of rental units and we will
  refuse any potential inquiries for the unit and the dates you have reserved.
  
  Your deposit guarantees that the reservation you have made will be held for you.
  All deposits received will be confirmed by email or regular mail.
  
  Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements
  have been made in writing.
  
  All cancellations are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee.
  Balance of deposit (less the one night Cancellation Fee) is refundable if
  Nirvana is notified 60 days prior to arrival.
  Any cancellations or reductions in length of stay or in number of guests received.
  
• Add $30/night year round for each additional person over the first two guests in all cottages
