Villa "SUN" is located in Petit Cul de Sac, St Barts. The interior and exterior living areas with overhead ceiling fans are very spacious with comfortable sofas and wide open doors to the breezes.The extremely large pool and Jacuzzi (not heated) runs the length of the house and has sun the entire day. The garden has recently been redone, and now, there is a huge piece of land with a lot of palm trees leading down to the ocean. There is a nice gazebo in front of the ocean with lounge chairs, and also a lovely small sandy beach where you can reach by swimming or walking the main beach of Petit Cul de Sac. This property is perfect for a wedding party!

The bedrooms which open to terraces have ensuite bathroom and ocean views. Located on a cliff at the end of the property is a hut made of straw with wooden benches - perfect for cocktails or a picnic.

Exclusive to the guests of Domaine du Levant are tennis courts which are located at the entrance of the enclave.

This is a nice house for large groups.

SPECIAL NOTE: this villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.
