Notes to the rental rates

• Rates above are quoted for up to four people, extra persons are charged at £38 per person per week.
  There is also a £75 final cleaning charge.
  An electricity usage charge of £13 is included within the weekly price, any further electricity used (eg. pool heating) will be charged at the end of your stay and is payable to our management company.
  A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking with the final balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £250 will be taken by our management company shortly after your arrival and of course is fully refundable, following an inspection by our management company on check out.

We have a boat moored at our private dock which is available for our guests to rent if required. Boat Description: 2006 SeaRay 250 SELECT EX 26.5 ft BowRider which seats 8 comfortably. 320 HP Mercruiser (it's a powerful boat but easy to manage) Onboard fridge, fresh water, automatic anchor and much more. Rental costs are as follows: £90 per day (min 3 days) £540 per week (ie; 1 day free) £990 for 2 weeks (ie; 3 days free) Other rental periods by negotiation. Boat rentals are subject to 6% Florida sales tax. There will also be an orientation by a fully qualified Captain which costs US$100 and is payable locally. This is a requirement by our insurers, regardless of previous experience and is an extremely worthwhile experience as it not only helps renters to handle the boat competently but our Captain is also highly knowledgeable on all the best places to visit by boat in the local area. All local charts and safety equipment are provided.
