Open plan apartment, sleeps 2 comfortably, in old Provencal farmhouse set among rolling vineyards, at the foot of the Luberon mountain and with views of Mont St Victoire. We are close to the charming villages of Ansouis, Cucuron and Lourmarin, and within easy reach of Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Avignon. Our quiet location is a short walk away from the picturesque lake Etang de la Bonde, which boasts a beach, restaurants and cafes. The apartment, (approx 30sq metres) has been recently renovated to a high standard and includes a large double bed (twins available if preferred), bathroom and kitchen area. Own entrance and outside area with table and chairs. Access to pool via steps. Parking.

Half an hour from Aix-en-Provence, the hamlet of Sannes adjoins the picturesque villages of Ansouis and Cucuron, and is just a short drive from Lourmarin and Vaugines. We are located in the heart of the beautiful Luberon National Park, with its protected wildlife and nature reserves, and close to the southern slopes of the Luberon mountain (1134m) which offers fantastic outings on foot and mountain bike. Bastide les Romarins is less than a kilometre from the popular lake, Etang de la Bonde, with its beach and facilities. Further afield, Sannes provides a perfect base for exploring historic sites of Avignon, Orange, Arles and the beautiful Camargue.

The apartment has been recently renovated, retaining some of the original stonework as well as including tasteful modern fixtures. The main living/sleeping area is light and airy, and can be set up with a double or twin beds. The kitchen area leads directly from it. The separate bathroom is equipped with toilet, basin and open shower. There is access to the swimming pool which has its own kitchen area and toilet, with magnificent views across the vineyards to Montagne Ste Victoire.

Very quiet place to enjoy Holidays. The owners are fantastically friendly and welcoming. The place is cosy and functional. A good site to start excursions.

We attended this summer and were extremely happy with the holiday. The location was perfect, set amongst vineyards with the luberon mountains on the horizon. The english owners really have gone to absolutely every effort possible with the apartment and were so friendly and welcoming. There is a great pool and so much to do in the area. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment which was absolutely spotless and very modern, with beautiful touches throughout.
