Located right on the beach with just a few steps to the water's edge and good snorkeling, this unique 2-story villa is designed to accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms (*see note below).

The upper level is comprised of an open-plan living, dining & kitchen areas with bathroom, as well as a master bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom. The open veranda commands stunning views over North Sound and captures the gently cooling tropical breezes.

The lower level, which can be used as a separate efficiency, has a bedroom with a bathroom and 2 porches, as well as its own small kitchen. A freshwater pool is located in the gardens.

"Li'l Blue" is just a short walk away from the Leverick Bay Resort & Marina with its freshwater swimming pool, restaurant, night life, shopping, watersports & tennis.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you opt for Li'l Blue's 1-bedroom rate, the 2nd bedroom & pool will likely be occupied by other paying guests independent of your party. If you wish to have privacy & exclusive use of the pool & grounds, Wimco suggests renting Lil Blue as a 2-bedroom villa.

(The 1-bedroom rates shown here are for the master bedroom on the upper level. Slightly lower rates apply for the lower-level efficiency's 1-bedroom rate: please ask your agent for details if interested.)
