Two bedroom apartment with full length south-facing balcony having access from the main bedroom and the sitting room. In the epicentre of Cannes in the chic and vibrant Carre d'Or this light and airy apartment with lovely high ceilings is ideal for business trips being only 325 metres from the Palais des Festivals, and also only 50 metres from the sea front and the lure of the designer shops of La Croisette and Rue d'Antibes. Surrounded by bars and restaurants everything is within very easy walking distance but parking is available nearby for a charge if required. From the large, square reception hall elegant glazed double doors lead through to the sitting room which has 2 large, comfortable leather sofas, entertainment centre with wall mounted Samsung flat screen TV, Sony HiFi which is IPod compatible & DVD player. Hilltop villages such as Mougins & St Paul de Vence also easily accessible. Scenic boat trips to nearby Iles de Lerins & also to St Tropez.

    Notes to the rental rates
    The above rates include provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people and final cleaning on departure. For larger groups of 5 or 6 people, an additional charge of £35 per person per week applies.
    These rates apply except during festival or congress weeks. Please contact us for those prices.
    To secure bookings a 25% deposit is required; the outstanding balance is required 2 months prior to arrival. We require a security deposit of €450 or £400. This is fully refundable after departure if nothing is broken or damaged and the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy condition. Payment can be made by either bank transfer or cheque and can be in Pounds Sterling or Euros.
    Daily maid service prices on request. Airport transfers and welcome packs on request.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cannes

This lovely apartment is located in the heart of glamourous Cannes only a stones throw from the beach being its best asset. From the apartment you can walk to an array of both designer and affordable shops as well as a vast choice of restaurants and bars - couldn't be in a better location! The apartment is part of a traditional French building giving it a romantic feel as well as being equipped with all the facilities you might need. We had a great time staying there and would definitely visit again!

The apartment is very centrally located for all the sights and amenities in Cannes. The interior is light, airy and well equipped with all necessities. Having wifi was a great bonus. Ideal if you have no car as you can walk to beach, shops etc. It was quite noisy on the weekend due to the bar downstairs so was good it was double glazed - also rubbish trucks in Cannes are very early! Air-con was great and apartment very comfortable.
Owners very helpful and efficient organising stay and sorting out any queries.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone that is looking for central and lively place to stay.

The appartement is really an ideal place to stay. It's small but there is enough room for 4 people (or 6). Everything you need is available. The location is perfect. It's worth a try ;-)

I rented this property in March, with my sister who flew in from Alberta.The location was perfect,very close to the beach and railway station. Everything was on our doorstep.
The apartment really was perfect for us, beautifully maintained, and comfortable.The apartment had a great feeling of light and space, and had all the facilities one needs. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This property is without doubt one of the best spots to be in Cannes at any time of the year - 100m from all the action. Fully equipped, WiFi, DVD.

Super balcony. Super restaurants and clubs on hand. Full aircon & double glazed so its quiet if you want to work. Really great place and one of the best locations in town.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fun time in South of France. Owners very helpful & friendly & a lift to 1st floor for your shopping! Highly recommended.
