To describe the house as opulent or luxurious is no exaggeration. The whole property is synonymous with a life style enjoyed by the rich and famous. A large wooden door gives access to a grand entrance hallway with a fully stocked reception bar and toilet off. From the hallway there are three steps up to the main living area. To one side is a sumptuous sunken TV lounge with an enclosed fireplace, a magnificent indoor garden and water feature. To the other side there is a home office desk with ADSL / Internet connection and an open area leading to a second elegant and well furnished lounge having leather sofas and chairs to seat eight people. From here, patio doors give access to three adjoining patio areas and covered ‘Alfresco’ dining terrace.

The bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen, once a small fishing village, now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town and is the island’s mot popular resort. Renting a Puerto del Carmen villa is a great way to enjoy a holiday in this beautiful part of Lanzarote. The resort has a beautiful wide sandy beach stretching for 5km, which is ideal for families. The old town and the harbour with its seafood restaurants are well worth a visit. Puerto del Carmen is situated approximately 12km south west of Arrecife Airport and can easy be reached by taxi or car in 20 minutes. Los Mojones is a residential area at the back of Puerto Del Carmen. It is in easy walking distance to the beach and the centre of Puerto del Carmen.

Notes: The open plan kitchen – dining room is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a water cooler / dispenser. All the accommodation is on one level from here and comprises of a master bedroom with king-size bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom, a second superb double bedroom with four-poster bed, two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV that receives English channels, a DVD Player and a stereo system. The villa is very comfortable indeed, being furnished in a classic style to a very high standard and equipped throughout for modern living. It is the ideal location to experience a quiet and relaxing holiday in the most wonderful surroundings. Maid service will be provided once a week.

Outside facilities:: The villa occupies a large plot and boasts of the largest private pools in Lanzarote being a massive 18m long and 9m at the widest point, which has roman steps, for easy access and benefits from solar heating all year round. Overlooking the pool and sun terraces that surround it is large covered ‘Alfresco’ dining terrace which is equipped with a brick built BBQ, kitchen with dish washer and fridge. Comfortable patio furniture to experience ‘alfresco’ dining will seat up to 10 people. A TV and Stereo system are provided for entertainment. In additional there is a luxurious therapeutic hot spa Jacuzzi with adjustable jets and a Nordic Sauna for all to enjoy! Mature gardens to the front and rear add to the tranquil relaxing environment. Comfortable sun beds, with cushions and a parasol are provided for use on the extensive sun terraces. The villa benefits from off-road parking for two or three cars. A small ‘below stairs’ apartment is occupied by the house caretaker.

Myself and my family ages ranging from 17-40 stayed at this villa in october 2008 and I can honestly say I was impressed.

The bedrooms were all spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The Kitchen had everything you could wish for and all clean.
The Bathrooms were clean and were fully stocked with towels, toilet roll etc
The outside area by the Hot Tub was excellent for eating outdoors - whch we did on numerous occasions.
The pool area was amazing the lighting at night was so impressive. The pool itself is huge.
The Villa had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday, from sun tan lotions to magazines and books you name the owners thought of it,

The electric in the villa was amazing but its spain so we didnt expect the same as back home.

The Villa is ideal for any type of holiday. We had a hire car for use for our weeks stay included which was useful for going to the local supermarkets etc,

However everything is in walking distance and we only used taxis for returning after nights out.

I would recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a good quality relaxing holiday.

As a family we usually stay in 4 star plus hotels and apartments and I can say this villa is up there with them,

We stayed at the property as a girls getaway in October this year.
I was absolutely disgusted to be honest.
The electric would cut out if more than one of us used a hair dryer at one time.
The kithen cupboards were falling to bits together with the utensils and filthy saucepans.
The toilet/shower room just off the kitchen was always leaking sewage, even though we called property co to fix.
The pool area/steps were very slippery when wet.
The sunbeds were filthy and the cushions were thredbare.
All in all, without the excellent company of my holiday friends and laughing about our bad experience. It was rough. The driveway is poor too, we had to carry out cases up a very long drive as cabs would not come down.
Owner's Response: The previous clients vandalised this villa before vacating. The owner was trying to get the damage repaired before these clients arrived. When they arrived they would not allow her to finish the work and asked her to leave. We deeply regret any inconveniece caused by wilful damage however, we must be allowed to retify this as quickly as possible.
