Plane to Cagliari, Olbia or Alghero (Ryanair,Easyjet, BA from UK). Ferry from Genova,Livorno,Civitavecchia to Cagliari, Olbia, Porto Torres. From Cagliari take road SS195 direction Pula, Chia, Domus De Maria and Teulada. Upon arrival in Chia (about 45 km) you may choose between two different ways to reach Teulada: a striking coastal road or an equally impressive internal road. The coastal road is taken going left on SS 195 at the crossroads with Chia on SP71. After about 20 km you enter Teulada westwards through its main street, Via Sulcis. Follow the road all the way up to the Police Station (Carabinieri). Just before the Carabinieri turn left uphill and take Piazza Martiri. Follow the road to the end (approx. 200 mt) and turn right at the Pharmacy (Farmacia). Follow the road, Via Umberto I, for about 20 mt and you’ll see the main square with the church of Teulada. Keep driving 20mt. and you'll see CASA TEULADA, the stunning red house on the left corner of the road.

The southern area is where you want to be if you are seeking a unique hideaway and a romantic escape, far from crowds and isolated in your own tranquillity and privacy. With this philosophy in mind, we set up our home here, Casa Teulada, which we now open to customers who want to experience a unique hideaway destination.

Location: Ideally located on one of the last unspoilt areas of Sardinia, still close to vibrant Cagliari and easily reachable via a 50 mile breathtaking coastal road, Casa Teulada is close to unspoilt poscard-like beaches, the first one being just 5 minutes away. 20 miles of coastline beaches surround the entire area around Capo Teulada, the Cape, where Casa Teulada is strategically located. Eastwards you find the famous beaches of Tuerredda and Piscinni, westwards the striking dunes at Porto Pino.The award-winning wine estate of Santadi, known for its quality wine, is also minutes from our home. So is the Is Molas Golf Course and the Is Zuddas stunning caves. The area around Teulada is also filled with walking trails across the mountains and is great for bird watching and trekking.

'Staying in such a particular and loving house, has made our vacation a once in a lifetime experience in such a wonderful part of Sardinia. The house is wonderfully decorated in every aspect and has all comforts. Just a few minutes from the beach, it is located in an ideal position for discovering both the west, towards Sant'Antioco, and the est, towards Chia. We keep a really sweet memory.' 'Il soggiorno in una casa così particolare, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di ogni comfort, ha reso ancor più piacevole la nostra vacanza nel meraviglioso Sud della Sardegna. A pochi minuti dalla costa, l'abitazione si trova in una posizione ideale per visitare sia la zona ad ovest, verso Sant'Antioco, sia quella ad est verso Chia. Ne conserviamo davvero un piacevole ricordo.

Casa Teulada

We had a lovely stay at Casa Teulada, the house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach! Three excellent restaurants and a delicious gelati shop in the town. Lots to do nearby but would recommend renting a car otherwise you will find it hard to get around.

Stunning Romantic Retreat

The property was perfectly described by the owners and was all that we expected and more....it's like a piece of art, truly stunning.

The location was ideal for a quiet holiday; very well positioned to explore the Costa Sud. The coast road was absoltuely beautiful with many laybays to stop and take in the views and lots of stunning beaches (which were quiet during our visit in April), with white sands and mostly clam waters.

Teulada is a very small town with a few convenience stores, butchers, a small supermarket and a couple of souvenir shops. There are also a few bars and restaurants in and around the town. This is not an area to visit if you like lots of nightlife, it's for a relaxed, chilled-out holiday instead. You definitely need a car if you are going to stay in this area.

The whole area was beautiful and the apartment was a great base.

We had a fabulous time and would diffinitely stay in this property again if we are lucky enough to get back to Sardinia.

Casa Teulada

Casa Teulada is a very well restored, clean and well maintained house in the centre of the village of Teulada. We were greeted with a smile despite our 3am arrival and the customer service was excellent from the time of our initial booking enquiry until we departed. Teulada is an excellent setting to explore the south of Sardinia and is only 5 minutes by car to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island with crystal clear water and gorgeous white sand. The village also has a good selection of shops and restaurants.I would recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable break. We found Nora fascinating and well worth a visit.

we have had a really lovely holiday, thanks to you, the people of Teulada and the beautiful landscapes and beaches! The coast road has to be one of the very best. We particularly love Piscinni and Perdalonga! We have stayed in the NE of Sardinia in a number of occasions, and love the Maddalena Archipelago, but the Costa Sud is absolutely special in being so 'unspoilt' and we hope it stays that way!
