Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in the Duque area

This beautiful apartment is furnished to a high standard. It is located in the elegant del Duque area of Costa Adeje which is known for its upmarket restaurants and shops. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, can sleep 6. Each of the 3 bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan, and can sleep 2. The terrace is very pleasant, with sun all afternoon, and marvelous sea views. The lounge is tastefully furnished with a leather sofa, TV, with satellite dish (English channels), DVD, dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction/ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, boiler, coffee machine, scale, etc... In the utility room there is a washing machine and ironing facilities. Each bathroom has a bath with shower and bidet. This is a wonderful apartment for a pleasant, relaxing and high quality vacation in the Del Duque area of Tenerife. The pool is heated all year round, with free access to sunbeds and umbrellas. Garage space available for your car.

A truly luxurious apartment as claimed, the photos only tell half the story.

I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone at all. It is spacious, spotless, the quality of the fittings and furniture are first class and the welcome from Daniel and Dominique was just an added bonus. They even gave us a guided tour of the complex, and came and wished us a safe journey home when we were leaving. I can not praise them highly enough and we came home feeling that we had made new friends.

The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable and I don't believe we lacked anything in our 2 week stay. The complex has a heated swimming pool that remains at a constant 24 degrees, and you should not underestimate the difference this will make to your holiday, especially if you have children. The 2 years previously we have been in Tenerife at the same time, staying in villas that have had their own private pools. They were so cold that they could not be used. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds, and although there were plenty of folk about, it never felt busy or crowded.

In the surrounding area there are plenty of restaurants and shops, and even more within an easy 15 minute stroll. Some of the restaurants in and around the Del Duque shopping area are absolutely first class, and not nearly as expensive as we expected. (My mouth is watering thinking about them.)

The Del Duque beach is again a 15 minute stroll down the hill, and can't be faulted in any way. In fact, I would say it's one of the best beaches I have been on in Tenerife.

All in all, it was a wonderful holiday to an area we know well. If and when we return, it will be to this property.
