Luxurious, elegant & stunning, Sand Dollar Estate is perched above its own white-sand pocket beach on the shores of beautiful Magens Bay. Designed & accented with contemporary island decor, fully air-conditioned Sand Dollar has always delighted guests from celebrities to U.S. Presidents.
The upper entry level opens to 2 spacious king ensuite bedrooms (each with indoor & outdoor showers, and alcove with sofabeds - perfect for small children). A few steps below is the main level with sumptuous living area, formal dining room & large gourmet kitchen with open-air breakfast nook. A 3rd bedroom queen suite is located on this level.
A short flight of stairs leads down to Sand Dollar's expansive pool level & 3 air-conditioned suites (each with separate bath & sitting area). The entire pool level can function as a living area separate from the main villa above; bedrooms work perfectly for families with small children or for guests who require assistance. The pool area features a sundeck, gazebo & large alfresco dining area with professional gas grill. Off the pool area, stairs cascade 35' to the magnificent white sand beach below, the true crown jewel of Sand Dollar Estate!
Just next door is Little Sand Dollar, a 1400-sq.ft stone cottage with stairway down to its own private white sand beach (separate from Sand Dollar's). Originally designed as an artist's studio, Little Sand Dollar is fully air-conditioned & offers a queen bed (with twin bed in the den as well as fullsize airbed), garden bathroom, well-equipped kitchen & covered balcony overlooking Magens Bay. Little Sand Dollar is perfect for newlyweds, teenagers or a small family. (Little Sand Dollar is only available when rented in combination with Sand Dollar - never alone to another party).
Sand Dollar Estate epitomizes the true luxury Caribbean vacation, whether one enjoys snorkeling, fishing or beachcombing. Water activities are available to guests (additional fees & with advance notice), including scuba & snorkeling lessons, parasailing & a captained 28' twin-diesel custom Carolina Classic sportfisherman (accommodating 6 persons) for cruising the islands or fishing - you can even be picked up at your own beach below Sand Dollar! The famed National Park Service beach at Magens Bay is a 3-minute drive from the villa, and Mahogany Run golf course about 6 minutes away. Shops, restaurants & additional tourist facilities are all within a convenient 15-minute drive of Sand Dollar Estate.
- Thanksgiving requires a 7-night minimum.
- Christmas/New Years requires a 10-night minimum & accommodates up to 22 persons (on sofabeds etc).
