Located less than a three minute drive from famous Orient Beach, "Aralliaya" is the perfect villa for those seeking luxury and privacy. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated with teak and designer furniture. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and private baths. Each bathroom is equipped with a glass walled shower, a bathtub and bidet. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Terracotta and ceramic tiles are featured throughout the interior of the home. The pool deck is spacious and provides a stunning view of Orient Bay. Every room in the villa, including the bathrooms share the same spectacular view of the ocean. There is a private exercise room on the lower level with professional gym equipment.

"Aralliaya" has a three bedroom sister villa "Turquoze", on the same property with all the same amenities. The two homes can be rented together for large groups or separately. When rented separately, both homes offer maximum privacy.

The owner may allow pets upon special written request.
