This villa is conveniently located a short way up the St. Jean hillside, St Barts, with wonderful views of the ocean, sunsets, and surrounding hills. It’s only a short drive to the restaurants and shops of Gustavia, the gourmet food markets, and the beaches on the south shore. Even closer is St. Jean - you can walk down to the beach for a refreshing swim, shop at Calypso and Blanc Bleu, or dine at famous Eden Roc, La Plage, and Nikki Beach.
Comfortable and stylish, the recently-renovated interior has Indo-Island furnishings and a clean, simple design. Whether you are cooking for yourself, or having your evening catered at home, the villa features a gourmet kitchen with granite-topped cooking island, stainless appliances, icemaker, and complete cookware.
There are two Master bedrooms, located at either side of the villa, each with en-suite bath. In the center lies the kitchen, living room and dining area in an open layout. All rooms open up to the outdoors, but also have sliding glass doors and screens for maximum comfort.
Enjoy the expansive stone terrace, infinity-edge pool, separate spa with yoga deck, and the many gardens with their flowering tropical plants. Best of all, the terrace and pool area provide total privacy. Relax in the hammock or on the teak chaises. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower, surrounded by bougainvillea flowers, while gazing at the the bay. At night, enjoy the outdoor dining area, with illuminated gardens, while listening to the sound of gentle waves in the bay and the breeze in the palms.
Every amenity is included - wireless Internet, TV with Dish Network, DVD, indoor/outdoor Denon music system, hot tub, and a Weber gas grill - to make your stay enjoyable.
