Very stylish 4th (last) floor apartment with elevator, with splendid views of the typical Venetian roofs and of the lagoon. On an exclusive neighbourhood, it has a water private entrance where you can arrive with the water taxi; there is also a public landing place at the Campiello dell’Oca where the Corte is. Very bright, it consists of a big living-dining room from where you reach, through a French door, a splendid living terrace equipped with a big table, a bench, and chairs, with fantastic views on the roofs and the lagoon; a living kitchen fully equipped; a roomy master bedroom with two windows over the roofs; another big bedroom, always with two windows over the roofs, with a French bed and two single ones; a study with a comfortable double sofa bed and a balcony that looks the roofs and the lagoon; and two bathrooms, one with bathtub, the other with shower. It’s cosy and warm due to the parquet flooring, the mansard-like ceilings and the Venetian ochre stucco walls.
