Villa Kyody (KDY) is a very attractive South American style villa located on the Marigot, St Barts, hillside. It has lovely views over Grand Cul de Sac, Tortue Island and the ocean. Recently renovated both inside and out. A pool and wooden deck blend in perfectly with the landscaping. Arched doors and windows are found throughout the property and all rooms have a pretty view, whether over the sea, the pool or the patio. The large living room is in the center of the villa with a well-equipped galley kitchen and separate dining room on one side. Doors open from the living room onto the sunning terrace, and the pool deck. The dining room opens onto a charming cobbled stone back patio and wooden deck nestled in the garden. The area is furnished for outside dining and relaxing. A perfect villa for that well deserved holiday.

The minimum stay is 7 nights year round, excluding Christmas/New Year holidays. There is a 14 night minimum over Christmas/New Years.
