Nestled in an exclusive neighborhood, Blue Tang is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa offering privacy & casual island living near Great Cruz Bay on St John. Beautiful water views abound amid a luxuriant landscaped setting of native & tropical plants.
Blue Tang's great room includes 2 seating areas (one a handsome entertainment area with bamboo & seagrass furnishings, and the other in casual wicker with colorful accent pieces). The entire room, including a cozy indoor dining area & well-equipped kitchen, offers spectacular views of Great Cruz Bay & St. Thomas. Screened sliders give access to the 60'-long covered verandah which invites lazy afternoons of reading, while the nearby pool & deck provide a refreshing spot for either a cooling dip or tanning on the chaise lounges.
A trellised native-stone patio near the entry also offers alfresco dining.
Both air-conditioned bedrooms at Blue Tang open onto the oceanview verandah & are at opposite ends for privacy. One has a 4-poster queen bamboo bed, and the other consists of 2 twins that can be made into a king.
Blue Tang is located just 5 minutes by car from the Westin Resort's sandy beach on Great Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay town, with shopping, restaurants, boutiques, watersports, ferries & numerous other activities, is less than 10 minutes away, and the North Shore's world-renowned National Park beaches are approximately 15-20 minutes by car from the villa.
