Corralejo holiday villa: Corralejo

beverley and terry were the perfect hosts during our holiday to their fantastic villa. everything there was as described in the add but there was so much more as well. they have thought of just about everything that you might want or need to make a perfect holiday home from home, even the beds were comfy!!! the villa was spotless and in perfect order.
I would recommend this villa to all and we hope to visit again ourselves. Thank you both.

My partner and I rented villa paz in mid april 08, for one week. We arrived late evening 9pm drove to Corralejo
and were greated by Beverley close to the villa (as the villa road is not yet named). The villa was beautifully presented, furnished in a contempory style throughout and spotlessly clean.
What I liked most was that Beverley has thought of everything down to the smallest detail including - plasters in the bottom kitchen drawer, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt, washing powder and a bottle of wine and lager in the fridge which all go towards making us feel very welcome and life in the villa easy. It was clear that there were plenty of extras for children too, with games, bath toys, pens, paper,childrens accessories and child proof locks on patio doors.
Beverly was a great host with just the right amount of contact, willing to give an insight into whats happening on the island if required, ensuring that the pool and hot tub were fully maintained throughout our stay and that we had everything we needed.
We loved the villa. Like most in Fuerteventura they tend to be on small estates as is the case with villa paz, however villa paz is placed at the end of a small cul de sac and although the plot joined with villas either side, It is not overlooked and with a mountain view you still get a sense of privicy and calm to enjoy the pool, sunbathing and the hot tub.
Like most resort towns Corralejo is still growing and undergoing some development however this did not affect our stay, it has some very nice restaurants (we tended to eat closer to the sea front than on the main drag) and a good restaurant guide is provided for visitors within the villa. Villa Paz is also close to the water park and Friday craft market both within walking distance, and there are some fantastic views to be seen with a 4x4 and a day exploring the island and coast.
We had a great time which was very much influenced by the villas atmosphere and a wonderful host. We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Paz to anyone wishing to visit Fuerteventura.
