This villa is situated 250metres from the fabulous up market Marina area of Playa Blanca. Just a stones throw from the Marina you will be able to walk to the locals bars and restaurants while watching the luxury boats come and go and the local boats bringing the fresh catch of the day ready to be served at your table! The Villa is an ideal location for those who don't want to bother with a car as its only a 2 min walk to the Marina and 10 mins into Playa Blanca Village and the beaches whilst still situated in a quiet residential area. This villa has air conditioning, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounger/dining room, modern state of the art kitchen with all mod cons, a utility room, a separate games lounge for the kids with TV, DVD and play station, outside dining area and a great heated pool.

This villa was perfect for all our needs. The description was spot on, and in fact we were even more impressed when we arrived there to find that there was a security gate around pool area and a stair gate as we had young children with us.
The property was very well maintained, very clean and well managed with regular visits from representatives of the owners to change bed linen, towels and clean the pool.
The villa was in a quiet location yet within 5mins walk from the beautiful marina with excellent restaurants, bars and designer shops.
I would most definitely recommend this property to any type of holiday maker, old or young.
