A fantastic apartment for a summer holiday or a winter break, also an ideal base for golfers. Situated in the world famous marina in Benalmadena, With everything on your doorstep including, beaches, shops, supermarket, bars, discos. Lots of excursions are possible from here to places like Gibraltar, Granada, Seville etc. Close by we have a lovely park called Paloma park which is a great place for a stroll and picnic maybe. Lots for the kids like Tivoli World, Aqua parks, cable cars and Selwo Marina. Also for the adults there is lots of discos and bars with entertainment, Some wonderful markets and shopping centres, museums, boat trips and horse riding. The apartment is tastefully furnished with double bedroom en suite with patio doors leading to the terrace. A twin bedroom and extra shower room with toilet. Fully fitted kitchen and lounge dining area with patio doors leading to a large sunny terrace with fantastic views of the port. Sky TV and air conditioning, CCTV .

This complex is ideally situated for a beach holiday, or with this wonderful rooftop swimming pool and sunbathing area ,you will spend hours admiring the panoramic views over the port ,the sea and the mountains. Private to the people only in this block it never gets to busy. It would be OK for the disabled as there is a glass lift in the block. It is a perfect place for golfers as we are close to over twenty golf clubs and with a great climate golf is enjoyed here all year round, we also can do a golf package including transport, accommodation, green fees and breakfast. Just let is know when and how many games you require. This location could be a fun packed holiday or a place were you can totally chill out. This marina has also numerous international restaurants overlooking the port. The nightlife is excellent on the port as well and the apartment is situated on the quite side so you don't hear noise. You will not be disappointed in this ideal location.

Notes: This wonderful complex is fitted with a lift to all floors and the rooftop pool so it is wheelchair friendly, we also have private parking which is a real bonus on this busy marina. All linen and towels are provided, maybe you can just bring some extra beach towels if you require them. The terrace is right on the waters edge overlooking the boats with the sun hitting the balcony at about 1pm till dusk.

Ski Resort: Sierra Navada is a wonderful ski resort in the province of Granada. This is just a 2 hour drive and so easily reached from Benalmadena. You can stay for a days sking or have a long weekend in one of the many hotels. Well worth a visit.
