The large lounge has two large comfortable sofas, a fireplace, satellite flat screen TV, DVD and CD players. The patio doors lead to the outside dining area and the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Just off the lounge is a separate dining room with access through to the kitchen and patio doors to the outside terraces. The fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has a double oven with five ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher plus all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. The garden has a lawn area, plenty of trees and shrubs and a large terrace overlooking the pool. It is fully enclosed with a fence and automated gates onto the driveway. The pool is 10m x 5m and can be heated on request. There is a covered terrace area and brick BBQ with a gas BBQ. For added enjoyment the villa has a hot tub located in the garden by the pool area. On the lower floor is a games room.

Notes to the rental rates

• In order to reserve this property we will require a deposit of 30% of the rental cost and the remaining balance 10 weeks prior to your arrival. This property has a Saturday changeover. Maid service is provided five times a week. Our booking terms and conditions will apply once a booking has been made with us.
  Pool heating can be requested at a charge of £125 per week. Air conditioning can be requested at £125 per week. Baby Cots can be rented at a charge of £30 per week. Highchairs can be rented at a charge of £20 per week.
  A security deposit of £300 per booking will be due if you reserve this property, this will be refunded 14-21 days after your arrival home.
  There is a 2% credit card charge. American Express accepted 3% charge.
  Cancellation Charges as follows:-
  Up to 6 weeks before arrival date - Loss of deposit
  Between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival date - 50%
  Between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival date - 75%
  Less than 2 weeks before arrival date - 100%
