Detached 4 bedroom villa with private pool and wonderful sea views
Situated short drive ( 3 mins) from Altea old town with its many restaurants, cafes, bank and mini market this 4 bedroom detached villa is located in a very peaceful setting. The villa is only a 8 minute drive from Altea beach resort which is a popular destination for the Spanish and was originally a Spanish fishing village. Unlike some parts of Spain, Altea has yet to be spoilt by high rise buildings or over development. A key feature is the luxurious landscaped garden that surrounds the villa and is stocked with many beautiful flowers and large luxurious palm trees. You can dine by your pool or from three separate shaded patios one with toque furniture seating 10 people whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the sea. Close to the pool is the traditional Spanish BBQ. The villa is separated into two self contained living quarters each with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms which is ideal for two families or a large family looking to house the kids in there own secure apartment

A short drive from the villa is both Altea and Albir beach resort which is a Spanish holiday destination with palm tree promenades, many shops, restaurants, cafes, banks etc. The neighbouring resort of Calpe is approx 10 mins drive, with Morraira a little further, both have excellent beaches. Terramitca theme park, aqualandia water park and Mundomar sea world show are all within 20 min drive of the villa. Two casinos are situated nearby and various golf courses including the renowned Melia Hills resort which is only a five minute drive. There is also a mountain spring 10 mins drive behind the villa into the mountain.
