Town Refurbishment 2007/ 2008

During the Winter and Spring months 2007/2008 the Carera main street is undergoing major refurbishment. This work includes replacement of all the electrical runs, drains and other utilities. This work is major and will cause some disruption and will occasionally be noisy. Essential Services such as water and electricity will not be affected. Most of this work has now been completed and Carrera is looking fantastic as a result. However there are still a few bits of work to be completed mainly around manhole covers which may produce some noise during the day during June.

Fantastic place, right in the centre of town - it is very close to the water, all restaurants/cafes and Old Town. There is a great market nearby.
The kitchen is very well-equipped - you can have breakfast or lunch at home.
There is a washing machine, which is very handy.
The bathroom is modern and there are enough clean towels.
The main bedroom is good-size and there is a smaller room for kids.
Overall, a great stay in a very beautiful town!
Booking and dealing with the owner was very smooth as well (Sergio is quick to respond and very helpful).
