Large luxurious three bedroom self-catering furnished apartment. Situated on Rio Real Golf Course (beautiful golf club)' Spectacular views of the course. Only 3-4 mins walk from beach, which is called ' Cool Beach' and next to 'Funny beach' which has jet ski, boating etc. Extremely private, but yet only 3 kilometres from Marbella, and 6 Km form Puerto Banus with swimming pool and ladies and gents Sauna. Ideal forfamilies that require three beautiful bedrooms, or business professionals playing golf. There is parking, if driving. There is also a bus stop just outside the front door where a euro and fifteen cent will take you in to Marbella town. Here you can enjoy the beach of and restaurants to the front of Marbella, or wander through the historic old town, and also enjoy a more typical spanish expereince.

  • Notes to the rental rates:- A deposit of 30% of the rental rate is required to secure a booking. The full balance is payable at least 42 days before arrival. Cancellation charges of 30% of the rental will apply up to 42 days and 50% up to 28 days before arrival. No refund will be made within 28 days of arrival. We recommend guests take out travel insurance with cancellation cover at the time of booking. A compulsory cleaning charge of €100 is required.. We usually recoomend that guests pay this amount when receiving keys.
