Combining comfort & style with an excellent floorplan, Adagio is an inviting 5-bedroom villa just above Mahoe Beach. This elegant home is designed as 2 spacious pavilions bisected by a very private sundeck & pool.
Adagio's 3-level main pavilion houses the generous Great Room, graced by a beautiful gourmet kitchen & dining area with covered deck, outdoor wet bar & gas grill. The Great Room is the gathering place for friends & family, with stylish, comfortable sofas & chairs surrounding a media center filled with movies, CDs & games. Sliding doors open to a wide covered verandah for alfresco dining or family enjoyment & relaxation. The verandah overlooks the beach below, with blue sea vistas & fabulous sunsets.
A staircase from the Great Room curves up to the 1st air-conditioned king master bedroom suite with tropical glass-block shower & private verandah. A 2nd identical air-conditioned king suite is located near the Great Room, and below, on the lower level (accessed by a walkway around the pool deck), is a large air-conditioned twin bedroom with bath & verandah; this suite may also be made up as a king with advance notice.
Across Adagio's tiled pool deck is a separate 2-bedroom pavilion, offering the perfect set-up for families with small children. An air-conditioned king suite interconnects with an adjoining air-conditioned twin suite (or king, your choice) - roomy & convenient, yet also very private. This pavilion is handicapped accessible - a ramp provides easy access up to the Great Room & verandah areas.
Adagio is gracefully furnished with island wicker, bright tropical fabrics & handsome artwork, and is surrounded by flowering gardens & waving palms. Its design provides generous space for both socializing or enjoying private time. Just like its name, Adagio provides a "slow tempo" in a serene island-style setting. The soft sands of Mahoe Beach are a 1-minute walk, with excellent snorkeling about 5 minutes further down the beach. Private tennis courts are shared by Adagio and a few neighboring villas, with more complete activities, including watersports, boat rentals & dining, just a few minutes drive from the villa.
NOTE: Villa rates exclude 7% tax. Clients must leave a credit card imprint or $500 cash as security deposit w/ villa office upon arrival.
