Panoramic views span from this lovely, elegant four-bedroom villa in Pointe Milou, St Barts. SIB AJF is perched on the hillside high above the Atlantic. The villa is surrounded by cliffs, the ocean, and cooling breezes. It offers privacy, tranquility, and incomparable views. A luxurious home with designer touches.
The living room has large dark rattan sofas with cream fabric and chairs, and is well-equipped with a state-of-the-art music system as well as DVD player, VCR and Satellite Dish NetworkTV. There is a bright modern kitchen equipped with all amenities, separated by a breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up to a large elegant formal sitting/dining area, featuring a mahogany dining table easily accommodating 8 people, conducive to large dinners with family and friends. The four spacious bedrooms are meticulously decorated; with three of the four bedrooms having hand crafted four-poster king beds, Satellite Dish TV and DVD. These bedrooms lead out to one of the two reflecting pools and terraces. An office with fax machine, phone line and computer is located in a corner of one of the bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is tastefully done in beige and white with multiple shelving and three large windows, which provide a formidable ocean view. This is a perfect room for children. A large bathroom with two sinks is located across the hall.
The two reflecting pools are located on either side of the villa with multi-leveled terraces and furnished with chaise lounges, thus providing many different sitting areas on alternate levels. One of the terraces features an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. So relax, take in the view and enjoy this fabulous villa, an ideal spot to enjoy a perfect vacation.
