Charming historical Lisbon apartment - Campo Ourique
This stylish brand refreshed apartment, was restored in 2007. Can accommodate 4 persons and 5 upon request. Its located in Campo de Ourique a wonderful city location, just a few steps away from very nice restaurants, shops and of course from the famous 28 Tram that covers all historical Lisbon. Its located on a 1st floor. Very well equipped, almost every thing you will need, from DVD, Stereo, Cable TV (40 Ch), Internet, etc. You can get Bairro Alto, Chiado, Alfama, etc just 10 min. away buy bus or tram. and 20 mim walking. You have Estrela Garden and Basilica 5min walking distance. You can just relax in the neigh-bought of Campo Ourique were you can get shops, fresh fish and agricultural market. We also can provide almost every day cleaning if available.

Notes to the rental rates

Rent is for 2 Adults. Further adult pays 20 EUR per night (up to 4 persons). Children up to 9 years pay 10 EUR per night. Security deposit € 100 - withdraw of booking in less then 30 days before beginning of rental and if we cannot find a substitute, the withdrawal fee shall be the complete rental fee. Cleaning fees of the apartment : 2 person 40Eur, 3 persons 50Eur 4 persons 60 Eur, Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are inclusive.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in a similar but bigger apartment rented out by the same owner in the same area...the apartment was well furnished and the owner was very helpful. The place was conveniently located near a tram stop and travel around lisbon city was very easy.
I will definitely recommend the place to my friends/family and consider staying there again when I visit Lisbon again.
