This beautiful villa with beautiful swimming pool located in an idyllic location on the acclaimed Las Ramblas is the place to really enjoy a Med holiday whatever your taste - chilling out, activity, golf, seaside, or artistic pursuits. You will have it all. There are four large bedrooms (two ensuite), additional bath/shower room and cloakroom - a spacious kitchen/dining area and large comfortable lounge with TV, dvd and video. For the sun worshipper there is a sun terrace on the first floor - a shaded area for hobbies, or open air dining immediately overlooking the pool. On and close to two other championship golf courses, blue flag beaches and main bars / restaurants offering a vibrant nightlife are less than ten minutes drive, whilst local supermarkets, local restaurants and shops are just a couple of minutes away. THE KEY....RELAX and ENJOY! It's what this delightful villa is for.

This is the location to please even the most discerning. Within striking distance of an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes (two of renown within two minutes), many shops / supermarkets a selection of blue flag beaches on the Costa Blanca (white coast) just ten minutes drive away comprising secluded bays to the more popular stretches. The nearest town - again just ten minutes away boasts the best nightlife in the region with a choice of bars, restaurants and clubs. For those keen on a little flutter...the Casino and large shopping Mall are some twenty minutes drive away (both might cost you the odd euro).

  • Every endeavour is made for our guests to have a delightful holiday and to this end , our Ambassador based a short distance away will show you into the villa and answer any points you may have . They are on-call to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please advise if you wish to be met at the airport.

  • There are two ensuite bedrooms - one exceptionally large with kings size bed , wardrobe, tall boy and chest of draws. The other , which overlooks the upstairs sun terrace, has a double bed with very large wardrobe and Chester of drawers and bedside cabinets. In the side elevation there is another double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets and finally a large twin room - again with large wardrobe and Chester of drawers. Both of these bedrooms are adjacent to a bath/shower room with designer mirrors inset to the wall. All are nicely decorated throughout, some decorated with attractive pictures. Downstairs there is a very guests cloakroom / washroom. All bedrooms have individually controlled modern air-conditioning units

Further details : There are several banks situated within a few minutes from Las Ramblas, together with a supermarket and handy min-market open from around 9 am to about 8pm. There is an internet facility within five minutes (max) drive, together with various shops such as bars, restaurants and florist.

Booking notes: Please enquire from the owner regarding availability. Normally 30% deposit is required for a reservation, with full payment by 8 weeks prior to the inception date of the period reserved. (except in respect of a late booking which will be specially agreed prior to confirmation)

Golf: The villa is situated on the famous Las Ramlas championship golf course development, with the adjacent Campoamor Golf course entrance just a few minutes walk away and Villamartin about ten minutes drive. All are 18 hole from 5770/6310m to 6132/6706m par 72. A choice of others are within striking distance.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Spain staying at this villa. Big rooms & lovely pool/patio area, we couldn't have asked for more. We liked the fact that there were a couple of bars & restaurants within walking distance (slow walk 15 mins), and we especially liked our meals at Chillis and would recommend it to future visitors.

Ideal for golfer as is situated on a golf course (Las Ramblas) with another next door.

If you want to go further afield then I would recommend a car although we did make use of radio cars taxi service a time or 2 and found them very reliable.
