• A £300 security deposit will be requested, which will returned in accordance with our terms and conditions, once the villa has been checked by the maid service.
  
• Every endeavour is made for our guests to have a delightful holiday and to this end , our Ambassador based a short distance away will show you into the villa and answer any points you may have . They are on-call to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please advise if you wish to be met at the airport.
  
• Full directions will be provided nearer the time of your departure and as you may expect there are a number of car hire companies available in the internet who service both Alicante and Murcia airports.

There are several banks situated within a few minutes from Las Ramblas, together with a supermarket and handy min-market open from around 9 am to about 8pm. There is an internet facility within five minutes (max) drive, together with various shops such as bars, restaurants and florist.

Booking notes

Please enquire from the owner regarding availability. Normally 30% deposit is required for a reservation, with full payment by 8 weeks prior to the inception date of the period reserved. (except in respect of a late booking which will be specially agreed prior to confirmation)

Golf Information:

The villa is situated on the famous Las Ramlas championship golf course development, with the adjacent Campoamor Golf course entrance just a few minutes walk away and Villamartin about ten minutes drive. All are 18 hole from 5770/6310m to 6132/6706m par 72. A choice of others are within striking distance.
