Notes to the rental rates

• Rate includes meet and greet, cleaning before and after rental, bed linens and towels (beach and pool towels not provided). Electricity and water are included (except for long term lets). For stays in excess of one week, mid-week cleaning, linen and towel change are provided. During July and August, changeover day is Saturday. In the winter months there is flexibility in the changeover day. Long term lets are welcome, please enquire about rates.
  
• For the security of both parties, payment by Pay Pal (credit card) in euros is preferred. 50% of holiday rental is due at booking and is non-refundable. Final balance and a refundable damage deposit of £165 pounds is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date. For bookings made less than 5 weeks prior to the holiday start date, 100% of the non-refundable holiday rental and a refundable damage deposit of £165 pounds is due upon booking. Damage deposit will be refunded after final inspection. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Extra cleaning, bed linen and towel change, children's cot rental, and airport transfers are available upon request, please enquire for pricing.
