Great location, lovely apartment

The apartment is close to Republique, which connects to many Metro lines. It's also across the street from a supermarket, and a boulangerie is just steps away.
The apartment itself was quiet, comfortable and clean. It had all of the comforts of home--even a hairdryer and washing machine. I'd recommend it to friends and family (in fact I already have). We would stay here again when we return to Paris (soon, I hope).

Froggy Flat In the Marais

My wife and I stayed in the flat for 9 nights in March 2009. We found the flat very comfortable and well-priced. The property description is very accurate as to layout, facilities, etc. The customer service provided by the owner and her agent was very good indeed. We were met on time on arrival, and the owner's agent was very accommodating about our need for a 6:30 AM departure on the day of our flight out. The property was generally quite clean and well-maintained, though the kitchen cabinet handles are in need of attention. I would have rated it "excellent" if not for this, but it doesn't stop me from recommending it to others. As to local activities, we would recommend Au Bascou, a bistro on the way to Arts et Metiers metro.

I appreciated and enjoyed being a tenant at this apartment. It was so charming, so fresh, clean and welcoming and so well situated. I have already recommended the apartment to friends and hope that I may return some day in the future. I had the most amazing time in France.

Efficiency with quite comfort

We were very pleased with our 10 day stay. The flat is small (as discribed) but has everything you need. The layout and location is excellent and was accurate. The property was clean, a good location to shop, near the metro, pharmancy which we needed, and very good customer service. I enjoyed the quite calm of the flat day or night. We would stay again.
