This elegant beachfront villa is truly exceptional and is located in a gated community with only 11 other villas. The spacious interior provides approximately 7,500 square feet of roofed living space. The interior blends with the terrace, which is surrounded by white columns and archways. Slightly elevated, Serena commands a view of Baie Rouge Beach and the island of Anguilla. Serena is available with either five or six bedrooms. Guests will enjoy the large swimming pool (34' X 17'). The living room has rattan furniture, a TV, VCR, stereo/tape/CD, and ceiling fan.
All of the six bedrooms have been fully redecorated for the 2005 seasons. There are new mattresses, new curtains and fabrics throughout. Three bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have twin beds and private showers. One bedroom, which is part of a suite, features a king bed, large dressing area and small refrigerator. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and French doors.
The well equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, a freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and BBQ Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, three safes, an electric gate, and satellite dish. The beach is just a few steps out the door. It is a five minute drive to the grocery and ten minutes to Marigot.
