QUINTA DA EIRA is located in a private farm with 12.5 hectare midway between Lagoa and Carvoeiro, surrounded by vineyards, orange trees and others typical Mediterranean trees. The villa can accommodate 6 people and is served with a private a pool with 9 m / 4.5 m ( deep 1/2m), gardens, terraces and private tennis court. The pool area has a covered barbecue. QUINTA DA EIRA has an enviable location amidst peaceful rumbling countryside just 3 km from Carvoeiro's picturesque beach and charismatic resort center with a fine variety of bars and eateries.Others beaches, like Benagil and Marinha are also at 3 km from the farm. Gramacho, Pinta Golf and Vale de Milho are all 18 hole golf courses open to the public, just 2-3 km away from the farm. Quinta da Aroeira is another old farmhouse beautifully restored, located in the same private farm with property nº87718.

The word Algarve comes from the Arabic ' Al Garb' which means the land beyond. A good place to visit is Silves with his castle above the town and a museum on medieval witchcraft and torture. Here you will find a brewery and replica restaurants in the ' Fabrica do Inglés '. Another good place to visit is Lagos with an interesting museum behind the Golden Church and a diverse range of Algarvian memorabilia. Nearby you have a magnificent mountain ' Serra de Monchique',with breathtaking views. One of the Algarve's most famous beach is Praia da Rocha just 5km from Quinta da Eira. Portimão is now the Algarve's biggest city with excellent shopping and good restaurants, also 5km from here. A good shopping center ' Algarve Shopping' is in Guia ( Albufeira),a few kms from here. Zoo marine and Slide and Splash aquatic parks are also nearby.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Conditions: a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental is payable on confirmation of booking. Telephone bookings will be held for 4 days until written confirmation is received together with the deposit. The balance of the rental is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 250€ is payable with balance, which is returned the day you check out, provided no loss or damage to house or contents during your stay.
    Guests are asked to arrive after to 2p.m.. On day of departure guests are asked to leave before 10a.m.
  • On booking you will receive directions to the Quinta Da Eira and/or Quinta Da Aroeira
