If you are looking for luxury and affordable holiday accommodation in the outstanding location of Antibes Juan Les Pins, French Riviera, then we invite you to browse through our pages. www.juan.no Le Chalet des Alpes, build in 1870, was owned by the famous French writer Guy de Maupassant who wrote bestselling novels and short stories in the 19th century. The large fenced garden of 1600 m² is planted of ancient olive trees, fig trees and lemon trees. It includes a large swimming pool, a beautiful patio, a barbecue and separate outdoor dining place for each apartment.The perfect place for families!

Antibes is an old fortified town with cobbled streets, wonderful Provencal market and Port Vauban with its quayside and luxury yachts. The narrow streets are crammed with an endless variety of restaurants shops and cafes, and the Picasso museum is a real draw. To the west of beautiful Cap D’Antibes Juan Les Pins compliments Antibes perfectly. Chic restaurants line golden south-west facing beaches with their tempting sun-loungers. Here you can swim, water-ski, and relax before exploring a fascinating selection of boutiques and shops, plus the Casino.Cannes, with its stylish film festival image and beautiful islands is 30 minutes away by bike, less by train, as is Nice with its museums and old town. Marvellous Monaco is under 60 minutes away, and the Alps beckon as do numerous hill-to towns like St Paul de Vence

    Payment terms: A non refundable deposit of 30% of rental cost is payable on booking . The balance is payable 4weeks before your arrival date. at the time we also ask you to provide a fully refundable deposit of 500 euros to cover any breakages or damage. We would ask you to leave the apartment clean and tidy on your departure.
