Bright and airy one bedroom apartment. Large lounge/dining room opening onto terrace, air-conditioned, large flatscreen TV, 2 sofa-beds, fully equiped kitchen. Spacious double bedroom (on split level), bathroom with shower and WC. The terrace is equiped with BBQ and patio furniture. The apartment is a five minute walk from the 14-court tennis academy and communal pool. This high quality apartment is an excellent choice for your holiday in the Algarve.

It is regarded as one of Europe's best resorts and has won many prestigious holiday resort awards. in addition to the splendid beaches, there are many great restaurants, bars, excellent shops, two superb golf courses and a 14-course tennis academy. The location of the apartment is perfect for families, golfers and tennis players. It also provides a perfect base for other holiday activities in nearby areas. The Vale do Lobo resort has a well stocked supermarket and Medical Centre. There is also the Penguins children's club in Vale do Lobo and many fantastic bars at the beach front area which makes for lively night-life.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking which is 25% of the total booking cost. The balance is to be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival or at the time of booking if within this period. A security deposit of £200 is also payable at least 4weeks before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded within 2weeks of departure if there is no damage to the apartment or its contents.
    The apartment will be ready for occupancy at 3pm on the first day of booking and must be vacated at 10am on the day of departure.
  • CANCELLATIONS:
    More than 8weeks - 75% of booking cost refunded;
    4-8weeks - 50% of booking cost refunded;
    2-4 weeks - 25% of booking cost refunded;
    Less than 2weeks - no refund.

Lovely apartment Vale do Lobo

The apartment is located in a very quiet area in Vale do Lobo, very close to the tennis center (you can use the pool or have a snack here) and within easy distance from the beach (15m walking, 5 by car). You have a good supermarket and a lot of eating places a few minutes drive away.
The apartment was very clean and very well equiped.
We stayed for two weeks in August and we hope to come back next summer!
