Here is a three bedroom villa. nestled midway up a plush hillside above the yacht-filled harbor and Deadman's Bay and offers grand vistas, and invaluable privacy. It has three bedrooms, four baths, a large living room with media section, kitchen, and private pool and sun deck to enjoy the views. It offers a spacious alternative for families or vacationing couples desiring their own private, deluxe haven. Villas have their own personal maid service so laundry is taken care of through them. There is a Villa Manager to coordinate meals either at the resort restaurant or at the villa.

The villa’s spacious interior provides everything necessary for luxurious island living, from its media annex and "inspirational" furniture to its Kendal-designed dining area and fully appointed kitchen. Leading off the main living area, three bedroom suites each come with large bathrooms with separate shower and two person Jacuzzi soaking tub. And no less attention has been focused on the flowering-garden outdoor area with its pool and all-day sun. This villa sleeps 6 people.
