The property has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a heated private indoor swimming pool & a sauna. The chateau comfortably accommodates 13 guests and your host (who lives nearby) will welcome and take care of you during your stay. Included in the rental price is maid service, bed linen, house towels and pool towels. The grounds open on to verdant forests and rolling countryside. BBQ facilities are available inside the courtyard. There's also plenty of parking available and a lot of garden furniture to relax with.

The chateau is located in the heart of 'Le Perigord Noir', and is situated on the top of a hill dominating the Vezere river valley, a famous prehistoric site, with fantastic views. Wine tours can be arranged with the small hotel down the road. Within easy access are many historical and natural sites, including 'La Roque Saint Christophe', 'Le Musée National de la Prehistoric' and the town of Sarlat. The main town of Tursac is about 10 mins away from the Chateau where supermarkets and shops are available. Another local town is Les Eyzies famous for its prehistoric caves.
