Siren's Song overlooks the ocean & several outlying cays from its hillside location on St. Thomas's unspoiled & peaceful West End.
The main level features a living area with white-slipcovered comfortable sofas & media center. An archway leads to 2 bedrooms: 1 king suite with romantic 4-poster bed & private oceanview balcony, and an adjoining smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds, sharing the master bath. This smaller bedroom also connects to a 3rd king suite with its own separate entrance. The villa's main level also has a well-equipped kitchen (with 2 refrigerators) & breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the dining area, which seats 12 comfortably.
Siren's Song's upper level offers 4 king suites with 4-poster beds & private scenic balconies. (A sofabed in a smaller air-conditioned room with an enclosed laundry is perfect for small children who must be near their parents; another sofabed is on the large landing of the upper level). A deck extends along a portion of the upper level, and furnishings are traditional West Indian mahogany.
A few stairs lead down from the main level to the pool area, with poolside wet bar, refrigerators, gas grill, hammocks & chaise lounges for suntanning.
Siren's Song is surrounded by mature trees & manicured landscaping, and just a few minutes' walk below the property may be found fascinating natural wonders at Mermaid's Chair - a perfect spot for snorkeling, beachcombing, shelling, hiking & kayaking. The sandy beach at Magens Bay is a 20-minute drive, and historic Charlotte Amalie town is 25 minutes from the villa. Siren's Song offers serenity & peace far from the crowds and traffic.
THE MAXIMUM HEADCOUNT ALLOWED AT SIREN'S SONG IS 22 GUESTS: 14 ADULTS maximum, + UP TO 8 EXTRA CHILDREN on mutli-media room sofa bed, a balcony sofabed and/or on two inflatable air beds.
*SIREN'S SONG IS AVAILABLE FOR WEDDINGS or PARTIES for up to 50 guests maximum: $15,580/week/1-22 persons during High Season 2009, OR $12,520/week/1-22 persons during Low Season 2008 ($13,080 for Low Season 2009). Also, please add a $1,500 surcharge.
Please note: Thanksgiving rentals require a 7-night minimum.
