Villa Seacliff, located on the island of Provo in the Turks & Caicos, is a deluxe 5-bedroom villa with magnificent sunset views and a spectacular setting.
Perched at the highest elevation of Ocean Point (a private residential enclave), Seacliff is built in 2 sections: the living room, kitchen & 3 bedrooms are in the main 2-story villa; the dining room and 2 additional bedrooms are located in a separate pavilion on the other side of the pool. A stairway from the main terrace leads to a delightful thatched gazebo & ocean access.
The living room at Seacliff is decorated in eclectic safari style, and features a 30'-high beamed ceiling, floors & walls of coral stone, comfortable sofas, and numerous seating areas. Screened sliders open on 3 sides to breathtaking ocean views, and the gourmet kitchen is off to one side of the living room.
Two sumptuous bedrooms are also located off the living room, each magnificently appointed and featuring king beds, green marble bathrooms, and louvred doors opening onto the oceanview verandah. Upstairs is another king-bedded room with adjacent loft (with TV), and small oceanview balcony. The 4th & 5th bedrooms are located across the pool in a separate stone pavilion, where the main dining area is also situated. These bedrooms, although without the full ocean views of the other 3, are nonetheless exquisitely appointed, very private, and open directly onto the pool. All 5 bedrooms at Seacliff have ceiling fans, ensuite green marble bathrooms with double vanities, screens, and optional air conditioning.
Seacliff features a beautiful pool with steps & underwater ledge, colorful tropical gardens, and numerous terraces, decks & verandahs (both covered & open-air) that beckon guests to experience the finest in outdoor living. Unobstructed panoramas of turquoise water may be enjoyed from every section of the property, and the sunsets are unbelievable! A thatched tiki hut is located partway down the steps leading to the water's edge, where excellent snorkeling & swimming may be enjoyed. A short 2-minute stroll from Seacliff leads to the spectacular white sands & turquoise waters of Taylor's Beach, one of the most pristine beaches on Provo - private tennis courts (shared by Seacliff & 9 other villas) are located on the path to the beach. The villa is a short drive from markets, boutiques, restaurants, marinas, golf & numerous resort amenities for which Provo is famous.
NOTE: Seacliff benefits from a constant tradewind coming off the sea, providing an almost perfect temperature. Ceiling fans grace all the rooms, but should the ocean breezes die down, air conditioning (metered separately) is available for a nominal cost. Additional optional maid service is available for approximately $8/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
