Villa "JNM" is built on the hillside between Camaruche/Marigot, St Barts, with a sprawling view over the countryside and ocean. The design of the building is based on clear cut straight lines and angles, which give a striking effect with the use of natural materials. The interior is a harmonious mixture of traditional and contemporary with the use of rich warm earth tones and different shades of woods.The tour of the villa begins upon entering the main house, there are two bedrooms at the entrance side by side, these two bedrooms are practically identical in style and décor except for the color scheme. On the other side of these bedrooms there are sliding glass doors which lead on to the terrace and view. Beyond that is the interior living area, inside dining area and kitchen. Large elegant beige sofas furnish the living room. The inside dining area is in this room as weel, with the same size dining area outside on the covered terrace.
There is also an exterior living area. The pool is large with square arches going over the top of it giving symmetrical harmony to the exterior of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped and has state-of-art steel equipment including wine coolers, sub zero fridge and a professional stove with double ovens and grill top. The biggest "master" bedroom is located off the pool, it has elegant dark wood floors, large flat screen TV, DVD and American satellite, sitting area, dressing room and very large bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in a traditional style St Bart's "case" with a mahogany 4 poster bed with mosquito netting. The wooden outside stairway leads you to another large bedroom on the lower level, with a garden of cacti. This spacious bedroom has its own sitting room and is adjoined by the fully equipped gym. Bedroom six is located in an independent studio underneath the main villa with the its own sitting room and ensuite bathroom.
