The Chateau de Meouil is located on a hilltop in the foothills of the lush French Alps. The Chateau dates back to the 12th century (built by the Knights Templar). The château has a Provence feel, and the views are incredible perched on a 900m high mountain. The area is known as 'the Secret Alps of Provence', rich with nature's beauty and not far from France's Grand Canyon, the Gorges du Verdon. The château sits on 11 acres of land which it shares with a superb Romanesque chapel & nearby statues of Saints Peter and Paul. Guests can enjoy the 14x7m heated pool and it's own private beach on the Lake! The Chateau hosts up to 16 adults in 3 very comfortable independent apartments. This is a superb villa.
