British Virgin Islands holiday villa: Tortola

Limeberry Villa is a charming & colorful multi-level villa tucked into the lush hillside of Tortola's Belmont Estates. Stunning views encompass Jost Van Dyke, Long Bay Beach & the USVI. Limeberry is designed in a tropical island style, with cane furnishings, bright fabrics, unique accent pieces & Mexican tile floors in the living area. A large covered dining area overlooks the infinity pool. The villa's well-equipped kitchen is in a contemporary Caribbean style, with stainless-steel appliances, including professional stove.

Limeberry has 4 air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms furnished with Indonesian hardwood furniture, with cool Mexican tiles underfoot. The master bedroom, with 4-poster canopied King bed, is finished with a solid oak hardwood floor. The other bedrooms also feature King beds, with the 4th bedroom comprised of 2 twins made up as a King; this bedroom also has an outside garden shower. Cable TV, CD & DVD are provided in all bedrooms.

The large deck surrounding the pool has a built-in "DCS" stainless BBQ with rotisserie, finished with Mexican tile & colorful ceramic sink. Limeberry also provides a large laundry area equipped with 2 washers & dryers, and an adjacent powder room.

Limeberry is conveniently located near Smugglers & Long Bay Beaches, as well as the quaint community of West End, with restaurants, boutiques & interisland ferries.

Security deposit is $500 (refundable 45 days after departure). Villa rates exclude 7% tax & 10% service.
