Florida Family Villa nr Disney, this is a 4 bed 3 bath Villa on a small gated community, only 10 minutes from Disney Parks, the community surrounds two small lakes suitable for fishing, with golf courses all around, it has 4 bedrooms all with TV, the master bedroom has is en suite with a spa bath and has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two twin rooms, a outdoor swimming pool, the pool is solar heated normally there is no charge for solar pool heating during the spring, summer, and autumn months. There is a broadband internet connection.. For children we have a play statio The kitchen has full range cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, along with a fridge freezer, with ice and cold water dispenser ,the laundry room has washer and drier, plus iron and ironing board. This is a superior villa with everything you require for the perfect holiday. The villa pool area is not overlooked to the left and overlooks a lake. with good fishin

Stays of 5 days and less will be subject to a £50 cleaning charge. We prefer full week stays from Friday to Friday but will accommodate shorter stays on request. We will also be pleased to offer preferential rates for stays beyond three weeks. Ideal for winter snow birds. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions or have a tight budget we may be able to help you. A security deposit of £100 is required with each booking, this is returnable when you leave the villa, subject to the villa and its contents being OK.

This is a gated community required a pass code to enter the site, the Villa is fully alarmed . The residents try to impose a friendly curfew to dissuade residents from holding late night parties and keeping the rest of the community awake. Sunset Lakes is perfect if you want a quiet and restful holiday, but is close enough to all of the central Florida attractions to ensure you have a wonderful time. my family came from Ireland and Malta to stay at the villa it is a beautiful home . Not far from all attractions and also for dining. the villa was very clean and the swimming pool great for relaxing after doing the parks. Best restaurants to eat Outback and tgif .

Perfect Location

This was an excellent rental property. We picked this for its location and we weren't disappointed. The parks were a genuine 10 min drive with plenty of restaurants etc on the US192 to stop for breakfast etc.
All rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need.
The pool was warm which meant that we even used it for a quiet dip early morning and late at night. We didn't use the spa much as the pool was so warm.
A highlight for us was seeing the wildlife. There were raccoons raiding other peoples bins in the evening and also an armadillo wandering around the front lawn. The view from the pool was lovely. We loved to watch the herons fishing and also the hot air balloons drifting overhead. Sadly we didn't spot any alligators.
We only had one problem (we set off the burglar alarm!) but a call to the management company sorted the problem immediatly.
We would recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

All The Comforts of Home

This was our first time to rent a vacation home and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The house turned out to be all that is pictured and described. It was very clean and spacious enough for our family of four. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed to feel at home. After a full day at the amusement parks it was relaxing to return to an entire house and not just a single hotel room. With two teenagers it was nice that they each had their own room. Having a private pool and spa was an added bonus. The house location was excellent. Driving to the Disney Resort area was quick and easy. The grocery store and eating establishments were within a 5 minute drive. Freeways were easily accessible. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions and needs we had. We definitely recommended this home to friends and family and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Sunset Lakes Resort Home

A very well equipped home that is perfect for families.Located in a "newer" part of town, no shady characters or establishments any where. Very quiet and peaceful location that is just 5- 10 mins from Disney and 3 mins to restaurants and shopping. We loved the morning swims in the pool and the kids were always kept busy with all the toys and playing in the games room.

The home was very clean and quite large. We only used 2 of the 4 rooms available ! I would definately recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet,safe, conveniently located, vacation home in Orlando. The customer service was top notch as well. A million times better than the last home we booked in Orlando.
