'Roughtally's' is our luxurious 7 bed home in the Resort of Lake Berkley Kissimmee. The home has just recently been decorated through-out with new furniture, tiles, carpets! ( June 07) Great for large families or a few families wanting to holiday together. All the rooms are beautifully decorated. Most have Tvs and DVD players. The games room is a must for the kids! It has a full size pool table, air hockey, TV & games console,& CD player. The family room is such a great place to hang out. It has a breakfast bar that seats 12. Brilliant for eating or playing games. the lounge area has a 55inch Sony TV ( love a big TV!) a top of the line cable package and DVD player. there is a phone to for you to use free of charge also. The best part of the family room is that is looks out onto the large pool deck with spa and lake views! there is plenty of patio furniture so you can catch a few rays! the kids will love the pool and spa is a great place to relax after a hot day at the parks!

Lake Berkley is a 10 Minute drive from Disney's Gate! where you can join in the magic of Disney! Magic Kingdom, MGM, Blizzard Beach, Animal kingdom & Epcot. Cocoa beach is about a 55 min drive away, Fabulous place to meet the locals. a 2 min drive away takes you to Wal-Mart which is 24 hr - everything you could wish for under one roof! there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops located on the 192 - a 5 min drive. ( try Ruby Tuesdays restaurant its so good! ) Just past Wal-Mart you can hire your own Air Boat. Its very cheap and loads of fun. About half hr drive and you are into International Drive. A huge amount of restaurants, bars, Shopping malls and theme parks, the biggest being Universal Studios & Adventure Islands. You must try Orlando Premium Outlets! great for discounted fashions. There is also some fantastic golf courses around the 192, or for the novice some brilliant Mini golf courses. what are you waiting for come on down to the sunshine State!!

  • All Bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans for your comfort. They are beautifully decorated., with very comfy beds and nice modern furniture. All bedrooms have huge walk in wardrobes. All of the double rooms have TVS/DVD players.. All rooms have a great view of either the Lake or Lake Berkley Resort. All bedding & towels are supplied. As of Dec 07 we now have wireless internet access. There are also a collection of DVD's, CD's & games. We have just added air Hockey to the games room too!

Notes: Off the Kitchen is a utility room with a washer & dryer. The kitchen has been stocked with everything utensil you will need from making a quick lunch to a full family dinner. There are plenty of DVDs Cd's, books & PC games for you to use ( can only apologise for our taste in music! ) We have a Management Co on site who with a quick phone call can help you arrange park tickets, golf or any queries you may have.

Fishing at Lake Berkley: The resort host 3 Lakes which are stocked with a range of different fish. You can use all three lakes without licence. have a go! you can pick up rods & bait from Wal-mart very cheaply. all our previous guest have commented on how much fun they had fishing. Oh and we have a resident alligator! honest!

The Beach & Gazebo: The resort has a man made beach which is just near the children's play area. There is also a BBQ/Picnic area here too. The gazebo is just beside the lake its very pretty and a few people have got married there. Its a wonderful setting and if you were interested in getting married at the resort we can help organize with you. As well as having your own private pool there is a communal pool located at the club house, great if you want to meet people. The club house also has internet use and a Gym. There are tennis courts and a basketball court for the sport star in you!! Lake Berkley is a gated resort with a 24hr guard. This makes it feel very safe and has a real relaxed atmosphere.

Other Activities: The Resort has three lakes that you can use for fishing without charge.
