Francis Bay Estate is a magnificent 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath villa perched above the beautiful waters of Francis Bay on the quiet North Shore of St.John. This secluded bi-level native-stone villa is also an easy 8-minute walk to the sandy beach at Francis Bay! Beautifully decorated & landscaped, the villa is elegantly designed with an open-air ambience to take advantage of the sunset views over the waters surrounding nearby Little Thatch Island.
As soon as you enter the glowing copper doors, you'll be enchanted. The main pavilion features a handsome Great Room that encompasses living, dining & kitchen areas. The decor is an island plantation style, with an eye for comfort and quiet elegance. French doors open out to the oceanview verandah, and mahogany trim & wooden floors enhance the open-air ambience. A gourmet kitchen will entice guests with Sir Francis Drake passage views while preparing meals.
On the same level, but on the opposite side of the entry, are 2 pavilions accomodating 2 king bedrooms, each with stone showers & glass sliders opening to an oceanview verandah. Steps lead down from the main entry area to the pool level, where 3 more bedrooms are located. All bedrooms feature luxurious Italian linens and special amenity packages in the bathrooms.
Francis Bay Estate features a central pool & patio for casual outdoor living. A path leads from the pool area to the beach at Francis Bay, one of the most picturesque on St John. The villa's location affords ease of access to the entire North Shore of St John, including the National Park beaches & the historic Danish Annaberg ruins, as well as the restaurants at Coral Bay. Cruz Bay, with boutiques, restaurants & watersport activities, is an approximate 20-minute drive.
