Nestled 310' up a verdant tropical hillside, with fabulous sunset views of St. Thomas, Caneel Bay, Hawksnest Bay & the North Shore, Hawksnest Villa is one of the few private villas on St John surrounded by National Park Forest & within easy drive of the world-renowned North Shore beaches.
The villa's fan-shaped design takes full advantage of the spectacular views. The interior space gradually steps down from the kitchen to the Great Room and onto the deck, offering a complete open-air arrangement in the living/dining area. The unscreened Great Room is graciously casual & comfortable, and provides access to all 4 screened bedrooms (interior stairs lead from opposite ends of the Great Room to both an upstairs & downstairs bedroom, each with private bath & oceanview patio). This arrangement under 1 roof makes it ideal for couples or families. In front of Hawksnest, overlooking the view, is an 80'-wide main deck with cocktail tables, chairs & chaises, as well as a hot tub (13' x 7' x 3' deep), large enough for 2 floats. A shaded rear patio has additional seating and a gas BBQ.
Just minutes from Cruz Bay town, with shops, restaurants, boutiques, ferries & recreational activities, Hawksnest Villa is ideally situated to take advantage of all St John has to offer. From the villa, the eastern end of Hawksnest Beach, as well as Jumby Bay, can be reached via a steep 10-minute walk or an easy 1-minute drive. The other National Park beaches, including Cinnamon, Trunk, Maho & Francis Bays, are all within a several-minute's drive.
